In the early 1990s brothers Sean & Heath Cook began a conversation inspired by the Lord. This conversation ignited a vision to impact people with the message of Gods love through a local church. After many years of preparation, ministry experience and personal growth, the time came for the vision to manifest.
The first Sunday in June of 2000 marked the launching of Covenant Fellowship. There were approxiamatley 20 people including children that showed up for the first service. The service was held at Lynn Lucas Middle School. Over the next 2 years, the services continued at the school and the ministry grew strong.
In January of 2003 the ministry was moved into a facility located at 302 N. Danville St. in Willis, TX. Then, in March of 2004 the ministry acquired a second facility right next door at 304 N. Danville St. It was in the Spring of 2005 that these properties were purchased along with a beautiful remodel.
The people of Covenant Fellowship are an authentic family of believers who are committed to growing in Christ. We continually see the grace of God impacting lives through the people of our fellowship. It truly is a fellowship of excitement.
